01 How do I get started on Kyoho?
Create your profile, list your services, set your availability and you are ready to go.
02 Who sets my pricing?
You do. You decide what you charge and you can update it at any time. Changes apply to new bookings only.
03 Can I control when clients can book me?
Yes. You set your own availability. Clients can only book you when you have opened a slot.
04 How do I get paid?
Your earnings are processed securely once a consultation is complete. You can track everything from your dashboard.
05 Can I update or remove my services?
Yes. You can add, edit or unlist your services at any time directly from your profile.

Browse by category, read verified profiles, view ratings from previous users and book when you are ready.
02 What do I see before I book?
You see the expert's experience, focus areas, availability, and pricing before you confirm anything.
03 How do I pay?
We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
04 Is my information kept private?
Yes. Experts only see your first name and booking details. Your contact information is never shared.
05 How do I get help if something goes wrong?
Raise a support ticket in the app or email us at support@kyoho.io and we will get back to you.
